So what is the Chronaverse?
In this guide, we will step you through the 🔹Chronaverse metaverse to explain what it is
So if you are a crypto nft enthusiest, you are probably wondering, “well what IS the chronaverse? I have never heard of it before”
Well first off, Enter the Chronaverse is an NFT collection on both the Atomichub WAX blockchain, as well as the OpenSea ETH blockchain, but we will focus on the WAX blockchain for now.
Around this time last year the Chronaverse NFT collection was created. It consisted of out of this world art and music nfts such as the pieces below. Fantasy and sci-fi elements to tantalize the imagination.
It started out simple, with small promo pieces to whet peoples appetite and then started to evolve, exploring new schemas and styles. The Creator of the Chronaverse, Shawn, had a lot of art and music he had done over the years that he wanted to share to the world through this new medium.
So he created a website to showcase his new nfts, which you can explore more HERE.
But it was still confusing to many — as more time wore on more complex things were added to the collection — a blending system, where individual little “snapshots” of his art could be blended together to form the bigger high full res images was formed through a site called neftyblocks, which can be found HERE.
Some examples are shown below. You basically buy these off market in x amt of quantity of whatever the final blend needs to be created with, and then sacrifice them on nefty to summon the final piece!

When the image was clicked on atomichub it would look normal sized, but a second image would be added to the nft that if dragged to an address bar would open up the image in its FULL size — this ranged from full desktop size to 4000–5000 pixels wide on average, some pieces reaching up to 12 feet long! Thus this became a lucrative way to create some high quality work while adding in some fun crafting utility as well!
Over time however some started to feel like the collection was starting to lose some of its rarity and become too “common” — so this was adjusted — pieces were burned, mints were lowered and the 1 of 1 mints were created!
The 1 of 1 Mints
To REALLY up the rarity all of the pieces were re-released as 1 of 1 framed pieces — never before seen on atomichub — framed pieces with only one piece available made it really feel like a gallery — like you were getting the actual piece! The attribs of the nfts also linked to the actual piece on the website where you could physically buy the piece!
The Chronaverse always had had a history of putting the #1 mint of any piece up for auction, and this was maintained with the 1 of 1 mints. They were quickly gobbled up, especially when an nft millionaire by the name of the Blue Wizard chanced upon the chronaverse, and, like a dragon collecting his hoard to roost on, started to buy up every 1 of 1 mint in sight! The Audio Discmen
Finally, Shawn wanted to display his music in a way that would REALLY stand out. He had released some audio nfts at this point already- mostly albums where the music was ipfs attached to the nft or streamed from youtube, and while this was nice, he felt it needed a bit more OOMPH. So He created the audio discman, the first of its kind on atomichub, or possibly anywhere!
These were cool NFTs that threw one back to the 90s to the days of cd walkmans — they quickly become a favourite of many! The interior would normally have the audio discman image, with the cd inside spinning away, the separate cd image, the audio embedded for playing, and the cd cover and the cd back with the songs listed. The attributes would show all the proper licensing and link to the song itself on spotify.
To date there are not too many of these released as they have only begun to be produced, although for the 1 year anniversary of the Chronaverse the above comemmorative disc was given to everyone that had spent 1 wax or more on the collection, in order of mint rarity from lowest to highest spender and highest mint to lowest spender. 581 out of 750 total were given out of this special piece!

RPLANET And the Chronaverse
The Chronaverse Almost never even became a reality if it were not for an NFT game on the wax blockchain called RPLANET. Shawn, realizing that playing other wax blockchain games like Alien Worlds and Koloboks was not going to net him enough wax to play this new engaging game, decided to make the Chronaverse purely to fund his playing of it!
As a result RPLANET and the Chronaverse have gotten very close, and Shawn has risen to the top 20 in that game! But as the game evolved more hardships emerged and it became evident that Shawn would need a stronger source of income to remain competitive in the game, as they started to release their own governors Token, RDAO.
Rdao when collected will reward the collector with a certain percentage of the companys profits and thus these have become highly prized, although not everyone has equal access to get them.
In order to try to make it fairer across the board Shawn decided to make the RDAO RAFFLE — basically a pure lottery system where one buys RDAO RAFFLE TICKETS, then burns them, and their name is then added by shawn to the RDAO WHEEL. (Those tickets not burned will not be counted, so be sure to burn them!)
The administrative team of RPLANET thought this was a great idea, with some of them even participating! The first raffle was done on the 1 year anniversary of the Chronaverse on February 19th, 2022, and netted 22 RDAO, which was pretty good! Everything is still evolving and ongoing, and the site is attempted to be updated in real time, but everything is done manually, so it can fall behind every now and then, so please be patient!

The Chronaverse is in some ways the granddaddy of many nft collections on atomichub, with many who are collections now having had chronaverse nfts as part of their first collections! The Chronaverse was the first to do many things. Being around so long the chronaverse is known by most of the well established NFT games and collections that also spawned during the primordial soup era of nft art and nft gaming — it is a tight knit community where everyone knows each other, and everyone helps each other, with most of the wax being earned in this metaverse simply being spent within the metaverse, helping all the other collections out, what a great time to be alive!
